Metal braces are an easy and comfortable way to straighten teeth in as little as 6 months. We use the InOvation system, which uses free-sliding technology to gently guide teeth into proper alignment with very little pressure or force. Less pressure means that our patients enjoy a more comfortable treatment. Metal braces give patients a comfortable orthodontic experience with shorter appointments, and the option to choose fun colorful brackets for a quicker path to a healthy, renewed smile.
Types of Dental Braces: Selecting Traditional Brackets vs. Clear Orthodontic Trays
We offer various types of orthodontic treatment to help our patients achieve their optimum healthy smile. We offer the traditional braces (metal, ceramic and clear brackets), invisible braces, and clear braces which as removable correction trays through ClearCorrect. Clear aligners are a great option for many patients, but for others traditional brackets are a better option.
We offer ClearCorrect, affordable clear braces at all of our offices. ClearCorrect removable aligners are a great treatment to gently straighten teeth that does not require any wires or brackets. The trays are provided in a series, with new trays provided every few weeks until the teeth are perfectly realigned. The system gently moves the teeth little by little into a perfect smile. ClearCorrect is a great alternative to traditional metal brackets for patients who are candidates.
+ Clear Braces
Ceramic and clear braces are designed to be less noticeable than traditional metal braces. The brackets of ceramic braces are made of a tooth-colored ceramic that closely matches the color of tooth enamel. The brackets of clear braces are made of a clear plastic, instead of metal, that adhere to the front of the teeth. Both clear and ceramic braces are a great alternative to metal braces, that offer patients a more discreet way to realign teeth. We offer clear and ceramic braces at any of our orthodontic locations.
Our offices provide several orthodontic appliances, both fixed and removable, that help protect the teeth from damage, correct alignment issues, and prevent trauma. Common orthodontic appliances include guards to prevent thumb sucking, mouth guards and retainers, and various devices to expand the palate or realign the jaw.
