Heraclio Guzman has a total of four years experience working for Jefferson Dental Clinics and for the past two years he’s worked as Manager of our Wallisville location in Houston. His goal each day is to ensure his patients have the best possible dental experience. Every facet of his job centers around one main goal: customer service. Whether he’s checking in a patient, or following up after a procedure has been completed, Heraclio understands that no kindness is ever too small when it comes to patient care. He also works to make sure that his staff understands the value of treating patients well. He leads his team to deliver great care to patients, making each patient feel comfortable during what can often be a nerve wrecking experience. At Wallisville everyone is treated like family. The team’s attentive, honest interactions help patients feel comforted and at ease while in the dentist’s chair. The staff provides a wealth of information about treatments during consult with patients. With ample time to answer questions, patients usually feel much more calm once they have all the essential information about their treatment plan and upfront costs. Heraclio recalls one patient who came in to their office needing extractions, but resisting because he was scared of being in pain. Together, the team helped him understand the ins and outs of his procedure, then focused on coming up with a personalized pain management plan to ease his fears and worry. Staff also helped comfort him and followed up to make sure pain levels didn’t return after the office visit. According to Heraclio, it takes the whole team to make sure patients leave having had a great experience and knowing there’s only clinic they want to handle their dental care in the future.
