Nidia Vargas has six years of JDC manager experience under her belt. In that time she’s built and retained a veteran team. She has 2 clinic managers, an assistant and several other staff who have been at our Stockyard Fort Worth location for 4 years or more. Together, she and her talented team have more than 30 years of experience! They start every patient conversation by listening. What is their patient’s main concern? Do they have insurance questions or no insurance at all? How is their body language? Each piece of the puzzle helps clue them in so they can determine how to best help the patient and individualize their care. New patients are always made to feel that they are appreciated and are going to receive the help that they need, judgment free and with an abundance of understanding. Of Nidia’s existing patients, most are returning. Perhaps this is because she and her staff take such care to them feel like they have been remembered. No one is ever asked if they’ve been there before, and most are known by name to further personalize their experience. When it comes time for the procedure, staff always follow up, speaking with patients one on one to build trust. Everyone in the office is committed to working out any issues a patient might be experiencing and makes a concerted effort to anticipate their needs. And it’s not an exaggeration to say that all staff have touched lives.
