The doctors at Richardson are some of the best in the business, including the Regional Dental Director who specializes in difficult cases. All staff always aim to exceed patient expectations. Nancy and her staff also make the effort to remember and recognize existing patients, while keeping everyone as a top priority. In this way, they are able to successfully build real relationships with patients while taking the time to educate them on proper oral care and individual procedures alike. Nancy recalls a particularly memorable patient who came into their office one morning crying and in pain. Though the clinic schedule was full that day, they immediately took the patient in, and began to treat and alleviate her pain. Nancy and various staff sat with her to help provide comfort through every step of process. Everything from treatment through insurance verification was done in the company of a compassionate staff member who was sensitive to the woman’s needs. Not only did they take the time to explain the entire process, they swiftly handled her treatment so that she would no longer be in pain. Later that day, the same patient returned with thank you gifts for the staff to show her appreciation for the wonderful dental experience.
