Staff are super attentive and see each patient as quickly as possible, to keep wait times low. But no matter what, staff always take the time to individually get to know each patient and really listen to how they are feeling. The team also works with patients on payment plans and make sure the patients can receive the treatments they need at an affordable cost to them. According to Joann, it’s all in the details. Staff keep detailed patient charts to help them catalog ways to individualize patient care.
