Dr. Verma attended New York University, where she received her dental degree and her bachelor’s and internship in dental surgery at Desh Bhagat Dental College and Hospital. She also completed a residency in general practice at New York Hospital Queens. Dr. Verma is a member of the American Dental Association and the Queens Dental Association.

In her words, “I do this work because I love to serve people. I especially enjoy taking care of patients and giving them the right dental education that they require to take care of themselves. I make their health my priory by seeing that they receive the treatments they need. It’s all about the sheer joy of seeing my patients smile.” According to Nallely patient care is key and it starts with a smile. She believes it can change a person’s day. While patients are in the dentist office, she recognizes that it’s important to feeling comfortable in the space. It’s why she treats them as though they’re coming into her home, not her work. With a warm welcome and a positive greeting, she and her staff start the process of exceeding the patient’s expectation. This is just one of the ways her team provides individual attention to each patient and shows them that they are part of the Jefferson Dental family. In turn, patients feel like they have family caring for them and can feel the staff’s investment. Staff listen intently to patients’ concerns and questions, and continue by keeping to cater to patients’ needs and building trust to heighten their experience. Nallely remembers a particularly uncomfortable patient who came in distraught, in pain and unable to fill out his paperwork. Nallely sat with him, helping him get all the necessary papers together to begin his treatment. It was there that she established a sense of trust and provided him the warm welcome her clinic is so famous for. In the end, the patient needed an entire bridge for his front teeth. When he received the bridge his smile was big enough to light up the entire office. Nallely says that it’s moments like this that make her job so rewarding. Giving smiles back to patients who have been self-conscious or in pain and changing patient’s lives is what it’s all about.
I needed a tooth extraction. There are other issues with my teeth that I will have done at a later date. I spoke with the office staff, dental assistant, Dr. Singh and a consultant. They were all extremely nice and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to have my tooth pulled. I got in and had the work done in a timely manner. I was charged exactly what I was told it would cost. Dr. Singh and her assistant did an outstanding job. I was kept informed on every step of the work being done. I really liked that.
