5 Pro Tips to Make Your Visit the Best Ever:

1. Confirm your appointment!

We require a confirmation for each appointment. Please respond to confirmation texts, emails and/or calls in a timely manner to ensure you don’t lose your place on our schedule. If we aren’t able to reach you, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

2. If you can’t make it, please let us know.

We get it—life happens! If you’re unable to make your appointment, simply respond to the confirmation email or text you receive, or give us a call. We’ll be happy to help you reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

3. Complete your New Patient Form in advance.

Want to minimize your wait time when you arrive? Fill out your New Patient Form in advance, plus upload photos of your insurance card (if applicable) so we can verify your benefits!

4. Don’t stress!

From the treatment you receive to the cost of your care, our goal is to make every aspect of your experience at our office truly five stars. Our team is kind, helpful and does their best to ease your concerns every step of the way.
