Fatima Gonzalez became a part of the Jefferson Dental family more than eight years go. Since then she’s worked her way up the ladder managing two different clinic locations in her tenure. For the last four years she’s called Pleasant Grove home and worked to make sure patients know they’re part of the family too! The clinic is unique in that several members of the staff share Fatima’s longevity. The three most senior employees have been working with patients for the last five years, and the clinic coordinator has been with JDC for more than 13 years! Patients love seeing familiar, reassuring faces when they come in for a procedure or routine cleaning…and the feeling is mutual! Staff know many of our patients on a first name basis, and say when they come in once or twice a year, it’s like seeing an old friend. The 12-person staff make it their number one goal to build patient trust by creating bonds between staff and patients. The team also works to make each patient feels like they are receiving personalized service. Everyone is treated in a courteous manner, no matter the circumstance. Whether your 8 or 80, the staff can customize the experience to make you as comfortable and safe as possible.
