After completing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, College of Dentistry in Manipal, India, Dr. Pandey moved to New York City. In May 2004, Dr. Pandey received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University’s College of Dentistry. She is a member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Pandey believes in providing top quality dental services in a comfortable and caring dental environment. Her focus is always on the patient — making sure they are fully taken care of depending on their individual dental needs.

Cynthia Cardona first signed on with JDC six years ago, and has been managing our Bachman Lake location since 2013. She operates her clinic with a philosophy of caring and vows to make sure she and her staff treat patients with a compassionate approach. With their needs as her top priority, she encourages a culture of empathy where patient’s expectations are consistently exceeded. Cynthia’s smiling, friendly staff of 10 are kind, courteous and willing to do anything in their power to enhance what can often be a nerve-wrecking experience. But great customer service is just the start. Cynthia’s in the business of changing people’s lives. She recounts one of her most memorable patients at JDC: “A few years ago, I had a patient suffering from very low self-esteem due to front and anterior tooth decay. She first came in with her father. He was concerned about his daughter’s decision to drop out of school and quit her job because she was embarrassed of her teeth. After a careful consultation, we determined she’d need a root canal and several crowns to correct the damage. In all it took her about a year and a half years to receive all the necessary treatments. Upon completing her treatments, her smile was perfect and she is now back in school with a full-time job! Since the procedures, her father has also become a regular patient of ours. My staff all know her, and she frequently calls to see how they are. The team held her hand through many painful treatments, and she never forgot it.“
