Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics, a leading dental service organization, has strengthened several key executive positions as it continues its regional expansion. Mick McCormick, who has been working with the company since June of 2019 on an interim basis, has been named the permanent Chief Executive Officer. Mick joins Jefferson with 30 years of experience, previously holding senior executive positions at Columbia Sports, Nike, Golf Galaxy, and most recently with advisory firm Growth Operators.

Dr. Raina, who previously served as a Regional Dental Director for Jefferson, has a deep breadth of dental experience, and has been instrumental in the recruitment and training of Jefferson’s exceptional dental team. Joseph Kadado, who has 13 years of experience at Jefferson, will be responsible for all clinic operations, real estate, and new clinic openings. Joseph’s long tenure and experience will be invaluable as the company continues to elevate its operational execution and 5-star patient experience and expand its service offerings.
