JDC provides a rewarding career path from Dental Associate to Dental Director. Because of our continuing growth and the unmatched diversity of practice a new Dental Associate – who maintains good standing - can have a reasonable expectation to be promoted to Dental Director within 18 months to 2 years.
We maintain a professional, experienced, and well trained auxiliary staff that makes the doctors' lives easier and more productive. JDC recruits Dental Assistants who are among the most experienced and best educated in their field.
In order to make staying up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and procedures, JDC makes it easy for our doctors to meet their continuing education requirements. We offer free in-house CE classes, conducted by some of the most respected and capable Dentists in the business.
