Thanks to our success and continuing growth throughout Texas, the opportunity of promotion from a Dental Associate in good standing to Dental Director may occur after approximately 18 months to 2 years of service.
Regardless of experience level, we offer Dental Associates a generous monthly minimum guarantee of $ 12,000 ($ 144,000 per annum). In 2010 our Dental Associates received an average compensation of $ 16,227 per month or $ 194,724 per year.
Dental Directors receive a monthly minimum guarantee of $ 14,000 ($ 168,000 per annum).
This minimum guarantee is NOT a loan or a draw, it is not to be paid back. This is in contrast to other outfits that expect repayment of a loan or deduct a draw. The guarantees we set are base or floor salaries paid to each doctor. Most doctors with JDC exceed the minimum guarantee in annual earnings; some doctors earn up to and beyond twice the amount of the minimum guarantee.
