The Guarantee is NOT a loan or a draw – as with other outfits – and is NOT to be paid back. The Guarantees are “floor” salaries. Most doctors with us earn more than the minimum guarantee with some earning beyond double that amount.

- JDC’s operatories are fully equipped with x-rays machines, ultrasonic scalars, light curing machines etc. and concluding the “Tub & Tray” bins.
